Pete Olhasso - Chairman of the Board
Under Mr. Olhasso’s leadership, the company has continued to grow and prosper, and has assembled a seasoned team of industry professionals. Mr. Olhasso has more than 20 years experience in the community management industry. From 1986 to 2006, Mr. Olhasso successfully owned and operated Equity Management. In order to provide his clients and staff with a greater level of insurance, educational, and personnel benefits, Mr. Olhasso sold his company to Associa, the parent company of Equity Management.
Lisa Locke - President
As President of Equity Management, Mrs. Locke is responsible for the operation of the company. Mrs. Locke has extensive background in the real estate industry. She spent several years working with leading homebuilders such as Centex and Pulte Homes prior to coming to Equity Management and has over 10 years of experience in the community association management industry with Equity Management.
Ed Hutt, PCAM® - Vice-President of Business Development
Edward Hutt is a Professional Community Association Manager, PCAM® with experience as an on-site large-scale manager and portfolio manager. He is a past President of the Greater Inland Empire CAI Chapter. On a personal note, Ed is a retired Air Force Officer and is a former member of the 1966 UCLA Rose Bowl Football Team.
Vicki Giese, CMCA®, AMS® - Vice President of Operations
Mrs. Giese has been with Equity Management since 1999 and came to us as a former Vice President of Facilities in the banking industry. Her extensive experience in the management of commercial facilities provided direction for the development of Equity’s Commercial Department serving industrial, office and medical property owner’s associations.
