Equity Management is Awarded Office of the Year
Equity Management is Recognized for Consistent Quality Customer Service, Client Satisfaction and Fiscal Responsibility with Associa Office of the Year Award
Temecula, CA August 19, 2009 - Associa is pleased to announce Equity Management of Temecula as Office of the Year for 2008 in the small office category. This honor recognizes Equity Management’s dedication and tireless efforts to provide outstanding service to the associations they serve.
The Office of the Year Award is a prestigious honor given only to those companies that exhibit exceptional efforts in client satisfaction, customer service, fiscal responsibility and employee retention. Each office is reviewed carefully by a panel of Associa senior staff and evaluated on overall performance.
“The staff and I couldn’t be more pleased,” said Lisa Locke, President of Equity Management. “We really owe it to our wonderful clients; they give us the opportunity to provide quality management services to the communities in Inland Empire and San Diego areas.”
Since 1986, Equity Management has provided professional consulting, accounting and management services to valued clients in commercial and residential associations. With the goal of providing excellent customer service, Equity Management actively trains their managers, accounting staff and administrative staff to focus on customer service and exceeding client expectations. Together with Associa, Equity Management has the advantage of being local and connected to clients and still have national resources to provide supplementary programs and services specifically designed to meet the needs of today’s associations.
Equity Management also recently received the coveted Community Association Institute (CAI) designation of Accredited Association Management Company (AAMC). AAMC designations are only provided to those management companies that exhibit exceptional educational and training programs as well as meet the high standards of CAI. CAI is a national organization dedicated to promoting and improving the well being of those in common interest communities.
