Equity Management Receives AAMC Accreditation from Community Association Institute
Equity Management is Recognized for Maintaining the Highest Standards in Community Association Management
Temecula, CA March 25, 2009 – Equity Management, an Associa Company, recently received the elite designation Accredited Association Management Company (AAMC) from Community Association Institute (CAI). The AAMC designation is only provided to companies such as Equity Management that have demonstrated exceptional experience, skills and integrity in the field of community association management.
To receive the AAMC designation Equity Management had to meet several criteria including having more than 50% of the staff maintain a CMCA, AMS or PCAM designation; senior managers must maintain a PCAM designation and they must comply with the CAI Professional Manager Code of Ethics. CAI is a national organization dedicated to promoting and improving the well being of those in common interest communities.
